I'll help you in dealing with chronic pain, occasional muscle soreness or just want to get on a regular massage regimen for the overall vitality of the body. For those experiencing nervous system issues, which includes the brain, spinal cord & fluid it floats in, called Cerebrospinal fluid, I can incorporate CranioSacral Therapy. Studying the modality for over five years now & having an influence in my own healing, I've come to have great respect for this layer of the body & how it all builds & assesses the body as a whole. My newest modality I found in my own search for healing is Crystal Resonance Therapy created by Naisha Ashian. The co-author from “The Book of Stones.” This is a vibrational healing technique using crystals that employs cutting edge information on the physiology of energy processing, as well as the physics of how energy actually works to bring the body into more dynamic balance. This is not like most chakra crystal modalities, this assesses the body & sees where it is out of balance & then employs specific qualities of the crystals to bring that area into balance to create a cohesive whole. Most importantly it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system creating an environment of rest & repair on a multitude of levels of the body, mind, & spirit." -Laura
